1. Services

EduGrantis offers professional grant search and application assistance services. You may schedule a session via our site. You may request a full return of funds if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session. For cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before, a 50% return of fees applies. No returns are available for cancellations made less than 3 days before the session. You may reschedule at least 48 hours prior without any charge.

2. Digital Products

Our digital guides and templates are delivered electronically. Once you access or download a digital product, no returns are available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact support for assistance.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items purchased from EduGrantis may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Refund Policy

All requests for returns or cancellations must be submitted via Contact Us. Returns of funds will be processed using the original payment channel or, if unavailable, as site credit. If a service is marked as non-refundable, this will be clearly indicated in the service description and no return will be offered.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within this period is free of charge. Late cancellations follow the return rules under the Services section. No rescheduling is possible within 24 hours of the service time.
